Some of my hobbies and interests include...

• Music. Although I am not an advanced singer, nor musician,  I sometimes will enjoy taking time to myself to just sing and play an instrument. These instruments include the guitar and ukulele.
• Writing stories. Whether it be fiction or non fiction, I've always found myself to be in a better mindset when I am writing stories. It's a great way to let me express my thoughts freely, and allows me to be creative person. These stories can entertain me, along with my peer editors.
• Insects. For a long time now, I've been very keen on learning all about bugs. I've always found them to be super fascinating and love analyzing them. Over the summer I even owned a pet praying mantis, which unfortunately passed away due to short life span.
• Editing videos for fun. I'm not a professional videographer at all, but sometimes in my spare time I make entertaining videos. I don't necessarily have a theme when editing videos, I just make whatever comes to mind.

• • Coyote Peterson's Channel  Coyote Peterson is a wildlife Youtuber that purposefully gets stung by insects so he can demonstrate what to do in those kinds of situations. The reason why I enjoy watching his videos so much is because he's so passionate in his videos that it really engages the viewers. You can tell that he loves what he does, which makes his videos so enjoyable to watch.

• • Nat Geo, National Geographic has lots of interesting articles that you can read. The reason why I enjoy reading the articles so much is because they're often written on current events you may not have even known were occurring.

Pictures that are important to me are..

My Mantis. This is a photo of my pet praying mantis that I owned over the summer. At the moment I had 8 pets, but my mantis was by far my most cherished one. They have fast reflexes and it makes it really fun to play with them. Sadly, he passed away since they don't live too long. I'm sure he could've lived longer, which is something that upsets me. It makes me question what I should've done instead to sustain his lifespan. I edited this picture of him to represent him being in mantis heaven. Long live the mantis!

Album cover. This album cover belongs to my favourite band, Current Joys, and the album is called Wild Heart. The songs featured in this album are very dear to my heart, and I'm very glad to have stumbled across such a gem of an album. Not only do I enjoy how the songs sound, the lyrics are very meaningful. If there was an album I'd have to adore in its entirety, it would be Wild Heart,

My favourite video is..

The reason I chose this video is because it's the first video I found from Coyote Peterson's channel that thankfully introduced me to many, many more. I chose this video because he takes his time to go step by step. I like how he really is able to capture every aspect of an insects bite. It's also funny to me seeing his mental preparation.
