I think it would have made a difference what Illiana said because she was lying on her resume. If the show was different and she submitted her resume, we wouldn’t know what is true or not and she would not be a good candidate. however if she does not lie she might be a good candidate for the job.

[it is important that she represents herself truthfully because if she tries to apply for other jobs, she might not get them because she now has a reputation for lying in her resumes. there can be other situations where it would matter still. for example, if she tried to make a friend online, the friend could search up things about her and can be seen as a liar.

i think social media can have both a positive and negative influence on our lives. I think this because social media can help individuals connect and deepen their relationships but can also be bad because people can track you down if they wanted to and is also not that safe. people can also cyberbully and threaten people through social media which is not good.
