  Thanks Ms. Mulder, I found out about him from one of the Ted Talks that I watched researching for my Ted Talk, and the person talking who was the former prime minister of Bhutan talked about the Fourth Dragon King a lot and the impact that he had on the environment of Bhutan then once I found out about the GNH I knew that I wanted to use him.
