I like to play:

  • Basketball: I like Basketball because it’s really fun to play with, you get to meet new people and you get to play with your friends and family.
  • Football: I like to play football because it is a physical sport where you get to tackle people and get tackled by people. I also like football because the fact of just catching a ball than running with it and protecting it, makes it really fun
  • Hockey: The reason I like to play hockey is because I get to slide around on ice with a stick a puck and release my anger on that puck when shooting.
  • Skiing: I like skiing mostly because of the cold. I also like the feeling of snow pelting against your face and getting snow showered by a friend. I also like the fact that I get to con core some fears of height and speed.

 

Websites I like:

http://www.fishing.gov.bc.ca/: I like this website because it lets me see the fisheries and wildlife stats and whats going on with that species. I also like it because it tells me when the season is open for this type of fish or animal.

https://www.cabelas.ca/: I like this website because I like the outdoors and looking at guns, fishing rods, and multiple outdoor equipment.

  1. This is a meaning photo to me because it tells me that there are still fish in the oceans, lakes and rivers and that can still fish
  2. This photo means to me because just going into the wilderness and seeing these animals makes me happy and excited.

My French Fishing Project

1. This first semester was a good semester for me. I did all my work and I was a good kid to all my teachers, well from my point of view. For the most part, all my work this semester was good. I had some complications in some of the work and struggled at some times but still pulled trough and finished it on time. This next semester will be another but harder treck fore me.

2. a)  This assignment was our final. We had to make a video or a power point in french about a sport or an activity. The activity that I did was fishing. I had to tell the whole class about the equipment, the body parts you need, and how to fish. This whole project had to be in french and in our own words. Although it was a hard project I still got a pretty good mark on it.

b) Some skills that I was able to bring to this assignment were some power point skills due to keyboarding, and some french skills from french classes. I was ale to take words that I have learned before that we haven’t learned in that class and use them in this presentation.

c) In this project I faced some challenges of figuring out the sentences to be in my own words and at my level and making the power point match perfectly with my voice inside. Some other challenges were adding some finishing touches to the power point to make it look professional and making it run fluently
