- Tennis Court lights at the Eagle-Ridge Tennis Court has been out for over a month.
I called city hall, and reported on September 5.
as of September 25, still two out of 4 tennis courts are dark, after 7 PM, and not possible to use!
2. Telus internet stopped working on Sunday September 11.
It took over 1 hour to connect to Telus support.
The Telus automated messaging kept playing long series of commercials about how great Telus, technology, and customer service is.
Annoying to hear all that stuff while I am waiting for a simple service tat obviously I am not getting.
What a customer service? It is a shame!
