Eminent Commenting Reflection

I enjoyed learning about other eminent people that I have never heard of before. The experience was educational and interesting to comment on other people’s pages. From looking at others’ blog posts, I have learned many different writing strategies to help improve a blog post. One includes labelling the pictures you post. This way, the reader can understand what is happening in the picture and visualize the moment the picture was taken. Secondly, a strategy I saw was writing the post in a timeline format. I think this is a strong strategy as it helped me to understand the different steps and important highlights of the eminent person’s life. Not only have I learned about different writing strategies, but I have also learned about connections people have to their eminent person that I hadn’t known before. So, from reading about others’ chosen eminent people, I have learned more about my classmates and their passions. Moving forward, I will remember the strategies I have learned through this process and take into consideration the advice and feedback I have gotten on my eminent introduction. It is also important that I look at the positive points in the feedback I am given, and I will continue to consider positives in my future writing. I hope to improve my writing throughout this project and learn even more so from others.
