Websites
I enjoy playing Pokémon, especially competitive Pokémon, because it is game with a high skill ceiling that requires making strategic decisions and having a sound understanding of the Pokémon and moves being used in the current meta. I research how to use different Pokémon teams and moves, and which strategies are rising and falling in the current meta on a website called Pikalytics. Along with playing the Pokémon games I also collected Pokémon cards in the past. Looking at the new cards being released on the Pokémon website makes me feel nostalgic because it reminds me of elementary school.

Video
My favourite YouTuber is Mark Rober because he posts entertaining videos where he takes his crazy ideas and uses science and engineering to make them a reality. His videos intrigue me because I want to be an engineer in the future. The video linked above is one of his best. In this video Mark Rober and another YouTuber called Mr Beast collaborate to promote their charity TeamTrees. Their goal is to raise twenty million dollars to plant twenty million trees. Mark Rober showcases a fleet of drones that could help reforest areas quickly after wildfires.
